3. Award of Contract for Engineering Services for the Henderson Avenue Hazard Elimination Safety (HES) Project
Re: Negotiating a contract with Omni-Means for the project; with authorization to negotiate with Hank Mohle & Associates if unable to reach an agreement with Omni-Means.
4. Acceptance of the Olive Avenue Reconstruction Project - Mitch Brown Construction, Inc.
Recommend: Accept the project for $1,155,126.70, authorize filing the notice of completion, and releasing the 10% retention 35 days after recordation provided no stop notices have been filed.
5. Acceptance of the Orange Avenue Railroad Crossing Reconstruction Project - Halopoff & Sons, Inc.
Recommend: Accept the project for $69,472.71, authorize filing the notice of completion, and releasing the 10% retention 35 days after recordation provided no stop notices have been filed.
6. Acceptance of the Corona Heights Control Valve Project - Halopoff & Sons, Inc.
Recommend: Accept the project for $13,900, authorize filing the notice of completion, and releasing the 10% retention 35 days after recordation provided no stop notices have been filed.
7. Acceptance of Street Right of Way Dedication - Tentative Parcel Map 3-99 - (Roy Manning)
Re: 10 feet of right of way along the frontage of property located at 645 W. La Vida Avenue.
