1. Claim - Crystal Nash
Re: Claim for personal injury and property damage caused in a traffic accident on June 21, 2000 with a City Police vehicle, resulting in medical expenses and vehicle damage.
Recommend: Reject Claim in the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court.

2. Claim - Amanda Davis
Re: Claim for personal injury caused in a traffic accident on June 21, 2000 with a City Police vehicle, resulting in medical expenses.
Recommend: Reject Claim in the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court.

3. Approval of Purchases
Re: Purchase of various Items (list on file in the City Clerk’s Office) in the amount of $15,016.40. Recommend: Authorize Purchases.

4. Sale of Surplus Structure at 806 W. Putnam
Re: Selling the structure to Wilma Chapin for $100 to be moved by September 22, 2000 for the Indiana Street Project.

5. Award Contract - Printing City Business Envelopes
Re: Awarding a 3-year contract to California Compuforms of Visalia in the estimated annual amount of $5,886.50, with a two year option, using recycled materials.

6. Reimbursement for Concrete Improvements - Olive Avenue, Newcomb Street, and Westfield Avenue Reconstruction Projects
Re: Adopting a resolution setting reimbursement rates for benefitting properties.

7. Approval for Community Civic Event - City of Porterville Parks and Leisure Services Annual Veteran’s Day Run - November 11, 2000
Re: Approval of this annual event subject to the application restrictions.

8. Budget Adjustment/Solid Waste
Re: Amending the Solid Waste Fund in the amount of $10,815 for funding received pursuant to the Calif. Beverage Container Recycling and Litter Reduction Act.

9. OHV Grant Program
Re: Approving resolutions for filing applications for Off-Highway Vehicle Grants for operation and maintenance and for the development of a new 4-wheel drive course, and all terrain vehicles and children’s track.

10. “La Vida Park” - Subdivision Map Modification (Modification No. 1) - (Daryl Nicholson)
Re: Modifying the La Vida Park Subdivision Map, located approximately 250 south of Pioneer Avenue between Beverly and Lowery Streets, with a certificate of correction to Condition 21 of Resolution 12-93 allowing access to Lot 24 from La Vida Lane.
