1. Approval of City Council Minutes of September 5 and October 3, 2000
2. Claim - Helen Sisk
Re: Claim for property damages resulting from street construction from February 2000 to June, 2000, which caused cracks in the stucco walls and broken floor tile at 2227 Della Court.
Recommend: Reject Claim in the amount of $1,500.00.
3. Approval of Purchases
Re: Purchase of various Items (list on file in the City Clerk’s Office) in the amount of $24,962.35. Recommend: Authorize Purchases.
4. Request for Additional Funds to Complete the Prospect Street Reconstruction Project
Re: Increasing project funds by $50,000 for an additional 300' of storm drain pipe and 600' of PVC water pipe.
5. Approval of Plans - Leggett Street Rehabilitation Project
Re: Approving plans for installation of storm drain facilities, curb and gutter, reconstruction and overlay of paved surfacing and related work on Leggett Street from Putnam Avenue to 300 feet south of Orange Avenue.
6. Authorization to Negotiate Contract - Traffic Signal Project No. 6
Re: Authorization to negotiate a contract with Omni-Means & Associates for traffic signals at Henderson Ave. and Westwood St., Putnam Ave. and Jaye St., and Olive Ave. and Second St.
7. Award of Contract - Biological Services for the Evaluation of the Valley Elderberry Beetle on Project Sites and the Establishment of a Mitigation Site.
