My name is A. L. "LUCKY" Lucketta and
I'm the
President of
PARA, the
Porterville Area Republican Assembly
On November 18th 2010, I was unanimously elected as PARA President for the coming 2011 year. Out going President Kelly West guided the election process and in a matter of moments, preceded by a few motions to endorse, I became President for a second time.
In 1999, I was the founding President, followed by David Prado in 2002-2004 and there after by Kelly West from 2006-2010.
PARA, as most local Republicans recognize, is determined to Honor GOD in what we do for HIS Glory. We believe that America would not be Great - let alone Good - if it weren't for the Blessings of ALMIGHTY GOD. Additionally, American's would have few freedoms if our Founding Fathers did not understand that those FREEDOMS and RIGHTS emanated directly from GOD.
PARA, just so you know, is very Pro-Constitutional, Pro-Life and Pro-Business. We believe in one's Right to Keep and Bear Arms {2nd Amendment} and the Right to Assemble {1st Amendment}.
PARA, does not support RINO's {Republicans In Name Only}, NEO-CONS {War Mongers} or SINR's {Secret Interest Neo-Con Republicans}.
PARA in Spanish can be easily translated as "for" - making PARA "For the People" and not for a select few or the established elite.
PARA's meetings are always open to the public and are not operated in secrecy like the local masons.
We "Trust the People" ... with the TRUTH.
